熱媒循環鑽孔輪
Alloy-steel, medium-frequency hardened roll (HRC54–58); connects to a thermal-fluid boiler to save energy; mirror finish to Ra0.02mm.
Made of alloy steel with medium-frequency surface hardening to HRC54–58 and 5mm depth. It can be connected to a thermal-fluid/steam boiler to save energy without electric heating. Under special accuracy requirements it can be heat-ground to within 0.005mm, with mirror treatment within Ra0.02mm. Temperature variation is within about 2°C on a 4-metre roll. Used for rubber, PVC film, calendering, fabric polishing, non-woven hot-melt, rubber magnet and Ni-MH battery applications.
