超硬下切刀輪
Alloy-steel anvil roll, heat-treated to HRC65–67 with good toughness; grinding accuracy to 0.002mm, mirror finish to Ra0.02mm.
Made of alloy steel with heat treatment giving a surface hardness of HRC65–67 and 3–5mm depth. Accuracy can reach within 0.002mm with mirror treatment within Ra0.02mm. Suitable for adhesive-tape production as an anvil roll and for the steel industry as a calendering (hot/cold rolling) roll.
