About SHENG-KOU
SHENG-KOU INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (昇祐工業有限公司) is a specialist manufacturer of industrial rollers. For over twenty years we have focused on the research and manufacture of thermal rollers, cooling rolls and other precision rollers, serving the film, rubber, non-woven, adhesive tape, printed circuit board, steel and battery industries, with export experience.
What we manufacture
From temperature-control rollers (vacuumed ultra-heat-conductor electric heating jacket rolls, spiral circulation cooling / thermal-fluid rolls, thermal-fluid hole-drilled rolls, and rolls for brushing, ironing and polishing) to processing rollers (ultra-hardened anvil rolls, SUS stainless steel embossing rolls, die-cutting rolls) and specialty items such as magnetic cylinders — all built to your process conditions. Besides new rollers, we also repair and regrind existing rollers.
Manufacturing range & customization
We manufacture rollers from approximately Ø150–600mm in diameter and 500–4000mm in length. Materials include seamless steel tube, welded steel tube, SUS304 and alloy steel; internal structures include water channel, spiral, hole-drilled and double jacket; surface treatments include hard chrome plating, engraved patterns, rubber covering and Teflon; temperature control covers electric heating, water cooling, chilled water and thermal-fluid heating.
Temperature control & accuracy
Temperature variation on a 4-metre roll can be held within about 2°C for both cooling and heating. Hardening options include quench-and-temper, high-frequency (about 2mm deep) and medium-frequency (about 5mm deep). Grinding accuracy reaches within 0.002–0.005mm depending on the product, and mirror finishing reaches within Ra 0.02mm.
Quality & inspection
Dynamic and static balancing and hydrostatic testing can be arranged on request; accuracy items such as parallelism, roundness and concentricity can be specified and confirmed before delivery. Please state the required inspection items and grades with your inquiry.

Our rollers are used in plastic film extrusion and lamination, rubber calendering, non-woven gluing and hot embossing, adhesive tape slitting and die cutting, flexible PCB lamination, steel hot/cold rolling and battery production, and we have experience supplying export markets.
