中文（官網原文） 合金鋼調質，中週波處理，表面硬度 HRC54°–58°，深 5m/m，適合橡膠、PVC 薄膜、壓延、布類壓光使用；不織布熱熔，橡膠磁鐵，鎳氫電池業等，廠裡若有熱媒鍋爐，不需用電加熱，可節約能源。若精度要求可作加熱研磨，精度可達 0.005m/m 以內，表面鏡面處理 Ra0.02m/m 以內，長度四米長溫度可控制在 2°C 左右。
English (source: official site) Made of steel alloy, with high grinding accuracy, treatment of mirror polishing and hardening of surface, it makes the hardness of roll surface up to HRC54°–58° with deepness of 5mm. To be connected with steam boiler by using steam as thermal agent for saving energy, it can be used in the fields like rubber or PVC film calendering or cloth polishing. Under special request for accuracy, it could be treated with heat grinding to make the range within 0.005mm, and with mirror treatment of Ra0.02mm. Temperature variation is within range of 2°C on the 4 meters long roll.
